Friends...do u really know you are important in my heart?aiks...i know that i have done a big mistakes this time...but i just hope that can get a forgiveness from you...can i?SIGH...i know is hard...but i just wish that miracle can happend...Everytimes i was moody..coz of u..my frenz,..

Friends...maybe sometimes i can't control my emotional...and cause that i likes to talk bad about others...

The story happend on last year December...that time i was still single...and one day...when i look over my facebook..i saw one girl with a nice looking...from that day...i start messaging with her..and started to fall for her so badly already...hmmm..but my relationship with her didn't go so well...she ever say that she don't wnt to have bf nw...but WHY now she is put in relationship with a guy that i hate..??aiks...I am moody now..feel like i am being cheat by her...I am always a silly in Love world...

27 January 2011..the DAY we hold each other hands again...Aha..!

Ringggggg.........!!!...the bell has rung...i have finish my school lesson 2day..haha....as usual i always go for training by 2day...but 2day i feel so lazy lah..because coach said that 2day he just focus on thrower..and i am Sprinter wat..XD...so no need to go lah..just rest myself at home..Then i am going to find my bao bei again..haha..and we walk together at school...when at first ...i'm not brave to hold her hands..><...then i straight away say to her that i wish to hold her hands..lastly...her hands is holding tightly by me...Whee...the feeling is so Sweetttttttttttttt enough..haha...

My Training..14 January 2011

This whole week..i have start my training..and do a lot of exercise at my school gym..

After finish gym..my back..my legs..my hands are in pains..!..aiks,..2day i have received a news from my coach...he say that my chief coach will be retired at the date of October..feel sad when heard about it..because i have follow him 5 years ..and he really give me a lot of knowledge about sports..and here..i wish him healthy and happy always in the rest of his life..God Bless..!!

As usual..i go to school on this day..and when i reach at the door of my class..i have received many birthday
